Initiate a Request
Contact our technical support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the laser engraver in its original internal foam and box to prevent transit damage, ensuring all lenses, cables, and tools are included.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for inspection by our quality control engineers.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will process your refund or dispatch a replacement unit within 5 to 7 business days.
